Chrome wasn't working, kept getting error messages that apps I wasn't even using were crashing. All kinds of shit. Finally just force stopped. Everything on the root level. It seems to have worked for now, but its getting hard to keep trusting my phone...

Android KitKat (latest version)? I've had a few problems with my Huawei after the latest update.

Lollipop's the latest version, and it's been stable for me so far. My issues with it are more down to a couple of fairly unfortunate design decisions than anything else.

I was talking about the latest version of KitKat, not the latest version of Android :)

But if you're running Lollipop that's not gonna help you at all anyhow :)
